Replacement stove glass broke during install and they're not cheap. I used an old gasket and didn't fold it over like the edge like they do in the tutorial video I watched. I called and was treated by a woman like i'm an idiot and the first one ever to break the glass during install. She was speaking down to me basically telling me I overtightened and it should be finger tight only. It absolutely would never create a seal if I fingertightened only. She stated the cracks will point to which one was overtightened but upon cchecking the glass, none of the cracks went to the corners where the clip were. she very rudely offered 20 percent off another. This time I bought their gasket and the replacement glass again. Installed the gasket same way you see in the video but come to find out... the glass dimensions begin so tight that there was no way to fit it the gasket on the outer edge. I'm not a big review fan but I was just less than impressed with tutorials, the product, and mainly the ignorant rude customer service.

The ceramic glass is not a replacement for mica. It’s way thicker even though they advertise it as a replacement!!

Chis, No Ceramic glass is not a replacement for Mica. Mica is very thin, like a thick paper. Ceramic glass is 3/16" of an inch. We do not say anywhere that they are the same....to the contrary, we have many articles and videos showing the differences between the glass types. Every mica glass part has a video in the description....as well as our resources tab that has loads of information and videos. The Stove that you ordered this for has the capability for units to use ceramic glass - which you ordered or mica sheets. Ceramic glass is a better long term product for these and many customers do convert them over. I the long run, even though you may have found it to be a bit of a hassle to get longer screws it will be a nicer finished product when completed compared to the older style Mica glass.

Sent a box with gasket adhesive but no gasket. Rather than wait another week for the product, I purchased it locally and requested a refund from Total-Heart.com, explaining that I didn’t want to wait for another shipment. They just sent a replacement (supposedly, I don’t know if this will arrive). But since I don’t need it now, it was just a waste of money and I feel bad throwing it out. The communication was also frustrating. They just completely ignored my words.

We ordered two pieces of glass from this store and paid $35 for expedited shipping with guaranteed 2 day delivery. Delivery took 5 days and we could have saved $35 by just accepting the free delivery. We contacted them about getting a refund for the shipping and we were treated poorly. I would not shop here again. Buy your glass locally.

I was scammed out of 640 pounds worth of BTC by a fraudulent broker, and I thought I’d lost it forever. Thankfully, Supreme Assets Recovery Agency came to my rescue! Their team was professional, efficient, and guided me through the recovery process step by step. To my surprise, they successfully recovered my funds. If you’re in a similar situation, don’t hesitate to contact them via email at 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘵7@𝘨𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭.𝘤𝘰𝘮 or WhatsApp +44 73-88-69-79-58. They truly deliver!

We spoke on the phone earlier, sorry but the glass was not cracked, the glass cracked after installation. Most likely an installation issue (installed too tightly). We can only guarantee that you receive the glass in one piece. After that installation, function and maintenance is on the consumer. We have several pages of information and helpful videos that were linked to your order confirmation. The glass is the industry standard 3/16" thick - which is the exact same as the original glass....it is not made any thicker. We do offer a one time replacement at a 20% discount if you would like to take advantage of that?

Chelsea, Sorry you do not like the tempered watermark that is on the glass.........but we have no choice............. According to the 2021 International Building Code (IBC), tempered glass must be permanently identified by the manufacturer, with the exception of tempered spandrel glass. The identification mark can be acid etched, sand blasted, ceramic fired, laser etched, or embossed. It can also be any type of marking that can't be removed without destroying the glass. Tempered glass may also have other markings, such as: Company branding: The manufacturer's logo and brand name Batch numbers: The batch number of the glass Traceability codes: Codes that help with traceability EN marks: Marks that comply with EN standards BSI kitemarks: Marks that comply with BSI standards in the UK For example, Andersen Windows etches an FX-number into the glass used on their Flexiframe, Arch, and Springline units. The FX-number is located in the corner of the glass, but not the same corner as the Andersen logo. For units made before 2002, the FX-number may be written on

Sorry this happened Joe, but sounds like an installation issue. Did you watch the installed video? The symptom you are describing sounds like it was installed either too tightly or the gasket was installed incorrectly.

It didn't fit had to rig it together

Are you sure you ordered the correct glass? Several of those Appalachian door glasses are similar in size but not exactly and slightly different arched patterns. Could also be the lack of the required gasket, i see that you did not order one?

When I installed the glass it cracked instantly on our first fire.
