Ordered front glass for my pellet stove they put their logo on bottom right of glass in (((plain view ))) it was embossed which catches dirt and will eventually get darker over time I understand that the want to promote their company but I didn’t pay for my center front glass to promote their company talked to them and explained to them when I ordered it didn’t show any emblem on glass they displayed wouldn’t have minded if they put it where it wouldn’t be seen they’re response oh well deal with it. very poor non professional attitude

The idea of the engraving is not totally promotion, as i did explain to you on the phone. It is to show what type of glass product it is to avoid confusion. According to code, Tempered glass products have to have a tempered water mark on them. People tend to confuse the two products. We engrave "ceramic" on the glass so people know what glass that they have received, and if they need to reorder someday, which type of glass they need. If we put it where it did not show - it would do no good. I did explain this to you on the phone - and just because you didn't like the answer, does not mean it is unprofessional. Marking the glass is the utmost professional way to handle it. We mark the glass with our logo so customers know where the glass was made.

The gasket isn,t anything like the original. I have the old glass out so stove is out of operation . 936-204-0869

James, you had ordered a tape gasket....I believe you wanted a rope gasket. Two completely different items.

Horrible customer service. We ordered a glass product over a week ago and were told it was guaranteed to come in two days. It still hasn’t come and the company won’t refund us or help in anyway with finding out if the product will even still come.

I'm sorry for the confusion, but this glass was not ordered with 2-Day shipping and so it was shipped via free ground shipping. We shipped the glass in less than 24 hours and unfortunately USPS is being slow this Christmas season. We helped track the package down but you never requested a refund. Please contact us and our customer service is always happy to help.

Ordered two pieces of glass. One had what looked like a scratch. Installed them and they fit perfectly. However, the one that had what looked like a scratch cracked right where the mark was whereas the other piece of glass is working just fine. There was no offer to replace it as it was installed and just a simple "well we will discount you another purchase".

As we discussed, a scratch does not weaken the glass and from the picture you sent, the crack began where a bracket is at on the door. This is a sign that the brackets were over tightened and as per our policy, we do not refund glass after it is installed. We did however offer a half off replacement glass as a courtesy.
