Such a great team of mortgage advisors who listen, are approachable and actually eager to help get customers into homes. It was a straightforward mortgage application process and I appreciated being able to talk directly to Jordan or his colleagues on the phone at any time. We felt well supported and are really grateful to Total Mortgages supporting us to make our first NZ house purchase!
