We have now used total mortgage a total of 4 times, they have helped us to get our first home, with renovations, and with family truss property. All the staff are friendly, and so incredibly knowledgeable. They find any little issue with paperwork prior to submitting to banks, which saves time, and headaches down the track. With all the new lending laws, and a housing market that is so volatile, I would never considered getting lending without the team at total mortgages behind me and my family.
