I purchased a ceramic soap dish from Totem, which unfortunately arrived broken, largely due I think to postage.
I contacted them and the after-sales service from Niz could not have been better. Very apologetic, full explanation about how this could have happened and a replacement sent out immediately, no quibbles. I even had a follow-up call to check that the replacement had arrived safely. Well done guys, a breath of fresh air.
