The bag was delivered in the wrong colour (pink instead of blue) and there were no instructions (or any other documentation in the parcel) as to how to return/exchange it. As I needed the bag, I decided to keep it but I would have preferred to get it in the colour I ordered. Otherwise I am happy with the quality of the products.
