I ordered 3 items and on the day they were shipped (so no changes possible) I got an automatic notification that 1 item was cancelled. I e-mailed to follow up but never received a reply.
I was re-funded the money straight away - but I really did need the item so I would have preferred to wait till it was back in stock or to receive a replacement. I also can't order again separately because then I'd have to pay lots for shipping just 1 item.
The two items I did receive are great quality though and the purchasing process was easy and pleasant. It looks like a nice company. Just disappointed with the lack of communication.
