I ordered the touch up paint to repair a few scratches on my car and after applying the paint to the test card I noticed the color was slightly off. I contacted TouchUpDirect regarding this issue and they contacted me immediately to help resolve the issue. James from TouchUpDirect reviewed the pictures I sent him and developed a variant that will hopefully get the color to match a little closer. I am very impressed with the customer service at TouchUpDirect and James in particular was great to work with. I look forward to testing the new color and will follow up with pictures. Regards.
