“It's really a pleasure to a company that delivers exactly what is advertised!! The match was exact and I did the repair under a carport! The only problem I encountered was time and temperature. I got the color on (even on the plastic bumper with some adhesive promoter) but by time I was shooting the clear it was too cold! I laid on 1 coat and could see a problem coming so I went with a wet coat first and left it alone. The next warm day was 5 day's later ! I had to color sand the fender ( went too far in 1 spot) but applied 3 coats anyway! Waited 3 day's and color sanded again and polished !! Turned out great!! I can still see where I went too far but no one else has.noticed it. Pay attention to your temps outside and it's a piece of cake !! I may even get another can of color and clear later this summer and do it again so I don't have see it either!!Good stuff from a good company!! That's rare in this day and age!!! Thanks you guy's make easy to stay looking good !!! An extremely happy customer!!!!! Steve”

“Brutal product and videos. The instructions don’t tell you how long to leave things to dry. There’s no closeup view of the area they are working on the videos so when it comes to sanding etc unless you already work in a body shop, good luck. Look at this picture after primer, paint and clear coat following their video to a t. The blue circle is the still evident chip (which was not that big or deep and looks worse after TouchUpDirect than before. The yellow is the cloudy debris their process left around the nick. God awful garbage.”

“5/5 Stars! I whole heartedly recommend them! I was skeptical and worried that the color wouldn't exactly match, but I was proven wrong. I ordered the full Platinum kit for Techno Metallic Gray for my Chevy Malibu, and it is a 100% match. It looks amazing and the cans sprayed smooth and consistent with a nice and light mist. Plus their customer service is amazing! I first placed my order and selected regular shipping, not realizing until after I placed my order that it takes around 14 days to show up, so I contacted customer service and I told them that i needed it sooner than 14 days and I asked if I could pay the difference to have it Rush Ordered, and the woman Jeanine that i spoke to was so amazing that she had them expedite my order and the paint was mixed and shipped out that same day for free! I read some reviews that the customer service was bad and others that the paint sucked, but those people have it all wrong. They probably didn't do the proper research, prep and steps for using the aerosol touch up paint and clear coat because mine worked out great. The ONLY negative thing that i have to say is that the Wax Remover/Degreaser wipe that they give you is just a small wet wipe, and they only give you 2 small 4"x4" pieces of sand paper, which aren't marked which grit they are. So they are fine if you have a small repair or just some small scratches. But if you have a bigger repair to do, like I did, then just make sure to have your own Sandpaper and maybe get your own degreaser. Luckily I had my own variety of sandpaper but the degreaser wipe was BARELY enough to do my rear bumper. So anything larger than that will need extra degreaser. But that's seriously not even a big deal at all, so they still get 5 Stars in my book. But if you order from them, PLEASE just make sure to do your research and learn the proper steps and preparation before just throwing the paint on. Prep is the most important step! If you cut corners on the prep and then your paintjob comes out looking terrible, then you can't blame the company, you have to blame yourself. So don't believe all the negative reviews you might see, because chances are those people just did a hack job and cut corners, then came on here to write a bad review to pass the blame off on Touch Up Direct!”

“The platform is easy to use. I admire the interface but they hide behind a mask to not let go of peoples money. I was down for a few days and opened up to my son. After making some research, we found out you could get your lost funds back. I wrote fightingscams at laurene recoveryteam @ pro to n. me i have gotten back all withdrawals THANK YOU”

“Can t believe how good it matched I was told that no one could match Cadillac crystal tricoat white it's a 3 stage paint. Body shop quote 1200 to repaint and fix scratches in both rocker panels. I ordered touch up direct for less than 100 it matches perfect. Turned out better than I hoped for. Highly recommended”

“I purchased the pen, and I'm very unhappy, the paint comes out very hard so we need to press and then it comes out uncontrollable even the bottom piece fell out and it started to drip and it becomes very bumpy, and then applying the clear coat on top, the clear coat is much more worse, dripping on your fingers, I want to tell everyone please don't buy this product, maybe other products from this company is good, but not the pen, so please if you had in mind to buy it, please don't buy it, it's not a good product.”

“Wow, couldn't believe how close to the true color the Touch Up Direct paint match was. When doing the sample primer & clear coat it didn't quite look like a match, but after detailing the paint chip and letting it dry, the match was spot on. Glad that I used your product instead of another that I found on Amazon.”

“I am very very happy with touch up direct the final product turned out great now I will say I did not use there clear coat I bought 2k high gloss clear coat from Napa but I used touch up directs paint and the fender looks like a shop did it the paint was a perfect match.”

“I’ve read some of the negative reviews, I’ve been in the car business for a long time I’ve gotten touch up paint from auto parts stores. This pain is an absolute perfect match to a 20 year old Jaguar, that’s the most important part if the brush isn’t of your liking, you can buy a brush it’s very difficult to get paint that matches so well. For me that’s the most important part and that’s something you cannot correct I have use different brushes, other than what comes with the touchup paint but that’s insignificant. In terms of the match of the paint especially if you do both the pigment color and the clearcoat is absolutely perfect and cannot be beat by touch up paint. Did you get an auto parts store not even close. I gave it all five stars .”

“Don't even try to deal with this company. Can't get what you want! I ordered touch up paint for my 2018 Dodge Charger Code PRV (Octane Red). It's a Tri-color paint and they have no clue what that is. They have sent me partial orders of paint twice, and still it's wrong. Everyone I talk to has a different story. I am totally frustrated with this company. I'll take the $60.00 loss (I asked for a refund and got a tube of clearcoat), and chalk it up to experience! As the saying goes "Buyer Beware".”

“I purchased touch up paint from TUD for my '74 Triumph because they indicated they have a color match guarantee. I wasn't able to complete the work I wanted right away, and when I was able to begin, I tested the paint to find out that it wasn't close to a match. It is a very bright green, not close to the dark emerald of the original color. When I contacted TUD, they indicated that it was past their 45 period to warrantee products, and that I was out of luck. They care more about their policy than customer satisfaction. The photo says it all. There is no way that waiting 90 days would make the paint color brighten to the shade they sent, or that the engine bay pictured would have faded enough to make it that bad. It is clearly a bad mix that they would have replaced for free if I had taken the time and effort to check their work as soon as I got it. That is a $102 lesson I will be sure to share with my vintage car club, autocross group, etc. to be sure none of them repeat my mistake.”
