5/5 Stars! I whole heartedly recommend them! I was skeptical and worried that the color wouldn't exactly match, but I was proven wrong. I ordered the full Platinum kit for Techno Metallic Gray for my Chevy Malibu, and it is a 100% match. It looks amazing and the cans sprayed smooth and consistent with a nice and light mist. Plus their customer service is amazing! I first placed my order and selected regular shipping, not realizing until after I placed my order that it takes around 14 days to show up, so I contacted customer service and I told them that i needed it sooner than 14 days and I asked if I could pay the difference to have it Rush Ordered, and the woman Jeanine that i spoke to was so amazing that she had them expedite my order and the paint was mixed and shipped out that same day for free! I read some reviews that the customer service was bad and others that the paint sucked, but those people have it all wrong. They probably didn't do the proper research, prep and steps for using the aerosol touch up paint and clear coat because mine worked out great. The ONLY negative thing that i have to say is that the Wax Remover/Degreaser wipe that they give you is just a small wet wipe, and they only give you 2 small 4"x4" pieces of sand paper, which aren't marked which grit they are. So they are fine if you have a small repair or just some small scratches. But if you have a bigger repair to do, like I did, then just make sure to have your own Sandpaper and maybe get your own degreaser. Luckily I had my own variety of sandpaper but the degreaser wipe was BARELY enough to do my rear bumper. So anything larger than that will need extra degreaser. But that's seriously not even a big deal at all, so they still get 5 Stars in my book. But if you order from them, PLEASE just make sure to do your research and learn the proper steps and preparation before just throwing the paint on. Prep is the most important step! If you cut corners on the prep and then your paintjob comes out looking terrible, then you can't blame the company, you have to blame yourself. So don't believe all the negative reviews you might see, because chances are those people just did a hack job and cut corners, then came on here to write a bad review to pass the blame off on Touch Up Direct!
