TouchUpDirect has a wonderful customer service. I tracked my package and it said my package was not delivered. However, I contacted them via email and they answered me the day after with a new package. But, I called them back in the afternoon since I just got my actual package at that day, so they cancelled the second package because I got my package already. Their service is top and amazing. I like to order more next time, and I do not have to worry if something happens to my package because they take care of it very well. THANK YOU!!!
