Had a bad experience with the pens. Seemed like they were old or watered down. Ordered the spray instead and had much better results. I also got some follow up on my comment about being dissatisfied with the pens. Got a response from Sam who apologized and offered to replace. He sent me the brushes to replace the pens that did not work. I was very impressed that they followed up and Sam was outstanding. With any product, there can be problems. In this case they certainly made lemonade out of lemons and I appreciate the commitment to service!
