The customer service is incredible. I ordered a pen for my boyfriend for Christmas, only to find that the color was wrong, despite the sticker reflecting the correct shade. I reached out to see if I could make an exchange and Mary, the woman who handled my request, was friendly and worked quickly to have a new pen with the correct paint sent immediately. Excellent!
