The three star rating is based only on the recent experience. It would have been 5 stars for certain if you would have been able to get the paint to match my original paint. Unfortunately, we together could not make it happen. Sam was outstanding in his efforts and gets 5 stars+. for his efforts. He did everything he could to try and achieve a match. He could see the problem with the mid coat throwing off the color, but we were not able to solve the problem and thus the 3 Star overall rating. Sam did offer a refund since we could not make the paint match, but I have not yet seen that credit on my account, but I will continue to look for it.
