The delivery was late than specified. When I first received Fedex tracking number, it said that scheduled delivery was Saturday; The package was not delivered on Saturday but next Wednesday. That was the issue of Fedex not touchupdirect. Shipping time from order received to dropping off the pack to Fedex was quick. The products are good. Satisfied.
