Ordered my product on 12/5/16. Received an email saying the item had shipped on 12/6/16. It is now 12/20 and I still have not received my product. I tracked the shipping and the USPS site showed the item had not been received for shipping. Tried to call several times, no answer. Tried to do live chat, no response. Please advise if I will receive my product.
