Request to customer service took too long to respond to message. I wanted to add something to my order and emailed hours later to change, but I did not receive a response until after it shipped prompting a second order. There was also estimates ship time when ordering. I chose the most expensive option (FedEx) figuring it would be the cheapest option. It has been over a week since my order and it has still not arrived.
