Took 5 days to ship my order. When I emailed asking if it had shipped yet, I received an auto reply that my message was received and that I would be replied to as soon as possible. Four days later and no reply. Haven't received the item yet, so can't rate that, but my experience thus far points to dismal customer service. Tracking shows the item is still a couple days out.
