11 -12 days to receive a product in metropolitan continental U.S. is so unacceptable by today’s standards when estimated shipping time at time of order was 5 days. Purchased to assist touching up my octogenarian parents new car when they visited and never received product in specified time period. Now I have to pay shipping again to personally ship it to them and doubtful they will be able to do themselves very well. We’ll see if product is any good once I get it
