I placed an order about 7 business days before I needed it. I was naive and thought that would be plenty of time. The package did not get scanned in until about 3 days before I needed it, so I called customer service. They were able to get me another package, and have it rush delivered for me for free. I got my kit in time, and it worked perfectly! Thank you!
