I ordered a paint color for my car that should have been a match, but unfortunately was not. Spoke with TouchUp Direct and they offered to try and send another sample out or refund my money. We opted to have money refunded and revisit the car touch-ups at a future time locally. Customer service was excellent and helpful. I provided all details they requested and they responded in a reasonable time with a full refund. Bummed the color didn't match, but glad the company stands by their guarantee and treats customers in a polite and professional manner.
