I requested some paint from this shop but accidentally ordered the wrong pigment. I was worried they weren't going to take the order back so I emailed if I could get a refund. James emailed me back saying they would give me the right colour and I could just toss the one I had out. Amazing! I thought I had to pay for a different paint all over again! Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the right colour code but James was kind enough to issue me a refund... In the end I didn't get what I wanted but I was served kindly and fairly. I recommend anyone who needs touchup paint to these guys! Great customer service!
