I thought I ordered the wrong color so I cancelled my first order and placed a second order. I sent an email to TouchUpDirect to let them know. Immediately after, I realized i was right the first time, so I cancelled the second order and emailed TouchUpDirect a second time to let them know to NOT cancel the first order. Even through all of that, they responded positively and quickly to let me know, "no worries" and that the original order would be shipped. They were great to work....especially when you consider my screw ups on the order.
