We received excellent customer service as the product actually arrived earlier than we expected. Packaging, paint tubes and directions were as described. This company responded quickly to questions to assist us in using the product correctly in order to get great results. They have a video which we watched and emailed additional materials for us to read so we could do the job correctly!
