James responded to my request to follow up on non-delivery of my package that had been ordered almost a month earlier. He offered to send replacement product without prompting. As luck would have it, the parcel arrived a day after I had registered my complaint. Would be happy to deal with Touch Up again, with the proviso that they endeavour to expedite overseas deliveries or make it clear to overseas purchasers that there may be delays outside of their control.
