I got some touch up paint for my Pontiac g6. But unfortunately, soon after receiving my paint, some guy ran a red light, hit me, and totaled my car. I emailed TouchUpDirect and got a speedy response and learned I could get a refund. Customer service was very nice and got back to me quickly. Great experience with TouchUpDirect, not a great experience getting my car totaled.
