I placed the order on 5/7. After that I received no update on status or a way to track the order. One of the team members at TouchUp emailed me after I opened an inquiry via the company web page.
They were very responsive and offered to refund shipping charges.
I thought that was generous. I'll definitely do business with TouchUp Direct again.
