I've placed a couple of orders with TouchUpDirect. The first order arrived with no issues. The Harley Charcoal Pearl paint match was spot on, so much so that I ordered more to have on hand. The second order at the end of April somehow appeared to have been lost in transit. TouchUpDirect customer service promptly refunded the shipping and got another order sent my way. The isolated shipping issue appeared to be out of their control. I highly recommend. Great product, great service.
