I had read multiple reviews about the exceptional customer service of TouchUpDirect so when I needed to make a request about an issue with my order I was hopeful that I could be helped. I’m happy to say that the customer service could not have been any better. My issue with my order was that I was sent the wrong color of paint. Due to my own procrastination, I didn’t realize the wrong color until multiple months after I received the order; well after the 30 day refund policy expired. I explained what happened and requested one glass of the correct color. The customer service representative told me that although it is well past the refund policy date, they will send me the glass of paint free of charge. I could not be any happier with the service I received. TouchUpDirect customer service is the best!
