I have not received my purchase yet but so far the service has been excellent. When I placed my order, I order 2 by accident. that night I sent emails and called phone # and was not getting any responses. I thought it was just another one of those companies that don't care. I was wrong... Sam got back to me the next morning and caught the order before it shipped, fixed, and credited back my CC. I also didn't realize that they were in a different time zone and I was calling when they were closed.
I will order again and refer them to friends.
