I had ordered my product and it was shipped quite quickly. However, Fed Ex never delivered the package like they stated they had. I reached out and James made sure that a replacement order was shipped to me ASAP! No questions asked. I was really frustrated and he helped. I work in Customer Service and this is the kind of service I give my customers and very seldom I find places or people who give the same kind back! Thank you! AWESOME JOB!
