Touchup Direct was so great! I loved what I ordered which was supposed to match my car but unfortunately didn't end up matching. This was because I've had my car for a while, so the new touchup paint didn't perfectly reflect my old paint! That was totally okay! I also think I put a bit too much primer underneath, so it was noticeable under the paint. I let customer service know and they refunded me immediately. They have both amazing customer service and products, I was just sad the new paint didn't match my faded paint. :(
