my issue was the fact that chrysler created two different colors and claimed that they both matched my 07/08 Chrysler Aspen color .......Cognac Crystal Pearl, and like most stuff Chrysler does over the past 20-40 years, well they were incorrect........I love 95 % my SUV ............ and not so much with Chrysler as a car builder, or a keeper of promises. Touch up direct did there very best and have very capable customer support people.
