I purchased the paint I needed as I have done before. Waited for over a week for a tracking number on a supposed two day turn around. Finally after contacting customer service and getting the run around, days later I was sent an email saying that the toner needed to make my color was discontinued and they’d refund me. Waited a week for the refund. Oh. By the way. The product is STILL on the website for others to order and go through what I went through. That’s good business practice right there.
