Response time to tech help is always quick and courteous. Ease of system for employees to master is a huge plus as is the ability of management to add menu items quickly and have them download across devices instantly. Would like to see some more functionality regarding reports and customizable graphs/data analytics. Otherwise, very happy with TouchBistro!
