Absolutely a magnificent POS system. Great use of Apple's interface, and extremely user friendly. We've been TouchBistro users since 2012, shortly after their launch, and it's the only POS system we've had, and I couldn't imagine using another POS system. While it's not 100% perfect (what is?), it's damn near pretty close. I can make changes seamlessly; Split checks; run reports any which way. It has made and helped our small family run restaurant grow, continuously, year after year, and TouchBistro is an integral part of that growth. Without TouchBistro and the efficiency it provides, we would not be in the position we are in now. Not to mention that their customer service and personal relationships we've developed with the team, throughout the years, have helped us tremendously. We couldn't be more happy, pleased, ecstatic, with the decision to go with TouchBistro. We can't wait to see the continued growth and improvements/integrations that are in store for the future! S.
