TouchBistro POS system is great system and it is easy to train for servers and easy reporting for back office. Reason I give Good* rating instead of Excellent is that system has random bugs that should have been addressed in the earlier upgrades. Still giving problems on certain functions for admin( I learned to get around the problematic keys) however it does slow me down on busy nights like not able to void payment when mistake is made by servers. Some iPads allow to void payments but others doesn’t. It’s inconsistency in the system causes bugs at times and apps crash. Also I prefer to reprint only the copies I need instead of all duplicate credit card and gift card receipts. Right now it doesn’t give me that option. Feeling wasteful whenever I have to reprint missing credit card slips. Also with last 2upgrades, servers can’t delete unsent items without Managers’ override. There were able to delete unsent items before but not anymore. Needing manager’s override to delete unsent items on a busy night is super frustrating for busy restaurants.
