We opened for our first season in 2018 and Touch Bistro was a huge asset. It was easy to train staff on the ipads which most have prior knowledge. The back-end reports are excellent and provide all information needed to make improvements, forecasting and sales analysis.
I would recommend easier access to remote login features for management so we are able to make changes quicker and easier.
