I called Tourradar twice. The first time I just wanted to ask several questions, and the lady was very nice and patient. She answered all my questions and did not try to pressure me to book anything. I called the next day and booked my trip with another lady. She also was friendly and made sure all my information was entered correctly. My confirmation details arrived via email within the hour. So far I am happy with my booking experience.
