“I needed to cancel a tour I booked due to a family emergency. I booked 3 months in advance and needed to cancel a week after booking. TourRadar (as per their policy) refused to refund me the 10% deposit I paid.”

Cancellation fees are set by the tour operator based on their policies. TourRadar doesn’t charge cancellation fees on our end, although we recognise how frustrating this can feel when plans change unexpectedly. If you have travel insurance, you may be able to claim these costs depending on your coverage, and we can provide any booking documentation needed to support a claim. “I experienced problems in trying to input a different credit card. The keyboard just wouldn’t come up so I gave up and used the one I previously used. I tried a few times switching off my phone and trying again to no avail.”

“I chose a TourRadar tour based on the itinerary, and the hotel that was listed. I understand that occasionally hotels change, but this says that the new hotel will be located 27 minutes away from our daily starting location, and that we will to take public transportation. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. At this point, I will probably cancel. This seems highly inappropriate since we are 6 months away from our trip. And, you don't even have a live person that I can contact with my concerns.”

“I was disappointed. The operator told me the tour date i booked might not run and suggested I switch to previous date which would. Cost me money,time stress to change flights.once I changed then said tour would run with only 2 people. I felt cheated!”

“Tourrdar is an easy site to navigate. Tours/trips that are selected reflect my needs. Although a few more 2-4day excursions would be good. Also some of the tour compays that you represent are not quick with their responses to specific questions, and in some cases don't answer questions raised. I suspect that they have standard Ai generated responses. It would be great if Tourradar offered incentives for loyal customers”

“TourRadar doesn't allow using your travel credits with any promo codes they provide like 5% etc. So you have to choose which one you want to use. They SHOULD allow both to be used, that's our benefit as a loyal customer.”
