Disaster. Poor customer service and poor experience. There were some customer service representatives that were good but overall the experience was awful. Will never book with them again.

They were so good to me! I was diagnosed with cancer and had to cancel our trip last minute. It was beyond the cancellation policies and they reimbursed me. This was so appreciated and demonstrates care for their customers.

It’s a nice website and easy to search tours. However, many of the tour operators are not equally prompt to answer your questions promptly.

Every aspect of our tour was a great experience, starting with Tourradar who answered every question about the tour promptly to our meet and greet tour guide, Roberta. Roberta was very knowledgeable, friendly and did everything she could to meet everyone's needs/requests. I would highly recommend this tour.

Through a friend I found out that the cheat older single women. Very, very bad. I trusted what I was reading before I booked, so I did not really check. through my friend I found out that they skipped a lot of my trip. They didn't want to compensate

Tourradar did an excellent job setting up my tour of Isle of Skye, Loch Ness and Inverness with Highland Tours. Our tour guide David "Dusty" Miller was very knowledgeable providing us with a wealth of knowledge and lore about the roads we traveled on the five day tour. Job well done!

Tour Radar make booking very easy. You can make a booking with a small deposit + pay the remainder later. You can hold a booking for a short period 2 check dates or with others.

Excellent experience with Tour Radar. Everything on the trip was fine. There was a hiccup in train timings but the tour operator was contacted and they handled it well.

Booking was easy... Accommodating our needs went smoothly... Taking our money a breeze. Since then we have heard very little from the tour company. I emailed them a few months ago as to whether the tour will still happening and am still waiting on a response????? This has me a little concerned about the tour in general...
