“From my search, TourRadar suggested many tours, and made it easy for me to find the one I wanted… which is probably expected from any such sites. However, it is said that it's only when you have issues that you can truly rate an experience. I had payment issue (due to a sudden credit card change) and had trouble setting my new card as the default payment method. TourRadar's support team was very understanding and helping with the issue, despite it lasting days, allowing me to eventually solve it.”

“Have been using TourRadar for several years. Lots of tour choices and so far the tour companies have been very good with reliability, service and quality of tours. The initial fear of being scammed has gone although occasionally delayed responses from the tour operator has caused some concern. Also reassuring is that we are able to contact TourRadar directly for help although I have found it to be a little difficult to find the live chat help portal to communicate my concerns ( probably because I have had so little occasion to use it)”

“Tour was misrepresented. I was not given details of tour prior. Tour advertised as 7 days;but only 5 days as welcome meeting 5pm of first "day" and ended on 6th day with free time on 7th.Tour radar had me pay in full and then kept all my money when I canceled as soon as learned the truth!”
