“Booked a European tour through TourRadar which was then cancelled. I was able to easily contact a real human who ablely assisted me in finding a replacement tour and then they skillfully handled the reinbursement for the cancelled tour and automatically past it onto the replacemnt operator. It certainly save me a lot of further hastle. Top marks to TourRadar”

“It was easy to book including having conversation with tour suppliers to get clarified if something is not clear. eSIM though useful but the coverage including installing the eSIM is not always straightforward.”

“It was very easy for me to book. I have 3 more people joining. They had more challenges. Prices didn’t match up between all of us either. They were quoted $500 for Abu Simbel, which I paid under $150. That was the largest example of price differences. We decided not to be petty on the rest. We all have it booked now. Can’t wait for our trip.”

“I needed to cancel a tour I booked due to a family emergency. I booked 3 months in advance and needed to cancel a week after booking. TourRadar (as per their policy) refused to refund me the 10% deposit I paid.”

Cancellation fees are set by the tour operator based on their policies. TourRadar doesn’t charge cancellation fees on our end, although we recognise how frustrating this can feel when plans change unexpectedly. If you have travel insurance, you may be able to claim these costs depending on your coverage, and we can provide any booking documentation needed to support a claim. “I experienced problems in trying to input a different credit card. The keyboard just wouldn’t come up so I gave up and used the one I previously used. I tried a few times switching off my phone and trying again to no avail.”

“I chose a TourRadar tour based on the itinerary, and the hotel that was listed. I understand that occasionally hotels change, but this says that the new hotel will be located 27 minutes away from our daily starting location, and that we will to take public transportation. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. At this point, I will probably cancel. This seems highly inappropriate since we are 6 months away from our trip. And, you don't even have a live person that I can contact with my concerns.”
