“The TourRadar site is very well layed out to do a selected search of many tours. Booking is a very smooth operation. We like to book the style of tour that has hotels and transportation, with little else, leaving the days to be planned by us. This is the second TourRadar tour we are taking and we are looking forward to the trip.”

“Excellent experience, both with TourRadar and with the agencies that organized the trip: Black Camel Tours and Desert Son. I requested to travel on a date that was no longer available on the platform, as it was a last-minute trip and normally at least three days’ notice is required to book. Even so, they contacted the local operator and offered me the option to make the reservation just one day in advance. As soon as I confirmed the booking, the operator contacted me promptly, requested my personal details, and provided all the necessary information for the pickup. Everything was handled very quickly and professionally. The tour was simply impressive: very well organized, with all schedules and timings respected exactly as communicated from the beginning. The landscapes are spectacular, the desert is beautiful, and the overall experience is truly unforgettable. The food was delicious, authentic local cuisine, and very generous in quantity. They were always attentive to ensure we stayed well hydrated with bottled water. You can really feel the team’s hospitality and generosity. The starry sky in the desert is absolutely magical. I have no complaints at all—everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this experience, and I would definitely do it again.”

“The tour offered a wonderfully comprehensive experience, showcasing the many elements of Japanese culture, food, garden design, and traditions. Traveling in a small group of people of a similar age really enhanced the experience, making it easy to connect and enjoy the journey together. Sam, our guide, was exceptional—kind, knowledgeable, intuitive, patient, and genuinely passionate about Japan. His guidance truly made the trip special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better leader. The tour was very well organised overall. There were just a couple of minor hiccups, such as the airport pickup vouchers not being provided and some dietary requirements (vegetarian/pescatarian) not always reaching the accommodation venues, which occasionally made dinner arrangements a little more complicated. That said, these were small issues in an otherwise excellent experience.”
