“The booking platform allows for secure communication with tour operators in obtaining information about tours that you may be interested in. However, it should be noted that if you need to contact tour radar agents to clarify issues relating to Tour Radar or with regards to payment, that there can be a bit of a delay in obtaining a response. You are also unlikely to be able to communicate verbally with them as they may be located in other countries and timezones to the one in which you are located. You therefore have to communicate through the same communication channel as the tour operator and there is no privacy of communication with tour radar from the tour operator. If you connect via chat to the Tour Radar organization, there is the same problem with the operator possibly being in a different country and timezone. In my case, the chat operator did not clearly communicate with the lead booking operator my queries that lead to delays in booking being able to be finalized. In my instance this did not end up being an issue but might be if your booking was time sensitive.”

“It was a bice tour. TmYustus is the best guide i think in Bali also Agus is the best driver. Tour was nice just hotel in ubud is far away from Ubud center, we drive 30 40 minutes tobreachvthe center from hotel.”

“Love the large selection in destinations, tour activities and lengths, and price points. One difficulty has been gaining access to the tour on the actual TourRadar site by family members I am traveliing with. This means that they cannot order their own e-visas, among other limitations. This is what dropped my rating by a star.”

“It was easy to book including having conversation with tour suppliers to get clarified if something is not clear. eSIM though useful but the coverage including installing the eSIM is not always straightforward.”

“It was very easy for me to book. I have 3 more people joining. They had more challenges. Prices didn’t match up between all of us either. They were quoted $500 for Abu Simbel, which I paid under $150. That was the largest example of price differences. We decided not to be petty on the rest. We all have it booked now. Can’t wait for our trip.”

“Tourrdar is an easy site to navigate. Tours/trips that are selected reflect my needs. Although a few more 2-4day excursions would be good. Also some of the tour compays that you represent are not quick with their responses to specific questions, and in some cases don't answer questions raised. I suspect that they have standard Ai generated responses. It would be great if Tourradar offered incentives for loyal customers”

“TourRadar doesn't allow using your travel credits with any promo codes they provide like 5% etc. So you have to choose which one you want to use. They SHOULD allow both to be used, that's our benefit as a loyal customer.”
