“Love the large selection in destinations, tour activities and lengths, and price points. One difficulty has been gaining access to the tour on the actual TourRadar site by family members I am traveliing with. This means that they cannot order their own e-visas, among other limitations. This is what dropped my rating by a star.”

“It was easy to book including having conversation with tour suppliers to get clarified if something is not clear. eSIM though useful but the coverage including installing the eSIM is not always straightforward.”

“It was very easy for me to book. I have 3 more people joining. They had more challenges. Prices didn’t match up between all of us either. They were quoted $500 for Abu Simbel, which I paid under $150. That was the largest example of price differences. We decided not to be petty on the rest. We all have it booked now. Can’t wait for our trip.”

“Tourrdar is an easy site to navigate. Tours/trips that are selected reflect my needs. Although a few more 2-4day excursions would be good. Also some of the tour compays that you represent are not quick with their responses to specific questions, and in some cases don't answer questions raised. I suspect that they have standard Ai generated responses. It would be great if Tourradar offered incentives for loyal customers”

“TourRadar doesn't allow using your travel credits with any promo codes they provide like 5% etc. So you have to choose which one you want to use. They SHOULD allow both to be used, that's our benefit as a loyal customer.”

“Have been using TourRadar for several years. Lots of tour choices and so far the tour companies have been very good with reliability, service and quality of tours. The initial fear of being scammed has gone although occasionally delayed responses from the tour operator has caused some concern. Also reassuring is that we are able to contact TourRadar directly for help although I have found it to be a little difficult to find the live chat help portal to communicate my concerns ( probably because I have had so little occasion to use it)”
