The Tourradar website is well designed and was easy to use for the booking. However, I then received an avalanche of emails from both Tourradar and the tour operator Globus with no apparent co-ordination between the two, creating a lot of unnecessary and confusing admin. I have since received a personal phone call explaining the nature of the glitch and how it would be put right in the future, so clearly Tourradar is keen to monitor and improve its customers' experience.
