Patricia is our tour consultant. She is very knowledgeable and polite. So far I am extremely pleased with the service. I am hoping that this quality of service continues as we make travel plans and excursions. I have no doubt that it will not continue. Our trip is scheduled for next year at Christmas so there is still much planning to accomplish.
