I happened to be out of my home country when I booked and this made the process a bit more difficult. Currency can’t not be changed on the site and some features only available in my home country could not be accessed. While this is probably not a routine issue it wasn’t something they dealt with very well. Also had pretty unreasonable restrictions on payment options. Almost lost my business because they wouldn’t help me figure it out. The site itself is fine and for normal issue they are good. Just doesn’t seem to be that robust to handle different situations.
