There were several people I spoke with for a few days prior to my decision to go with Tourradar. They were all very helpful and patient... I had many questions and I had been trying to decide for months, so I was happy that they took time to answer my questions. I was confused about a billing issue, and the nice man tried so hard to explain it, but I just didn't get it. When I got off the phone I cleared my head and finally understood what he was trying to say! Poor guy! Anyway, I got on my computer after that and ordered the tour! Very easy once I got past that one issue. Very simple, the website explains everything. Lots of good info on there to read before you commit. I love their choices of payment too. Thanks to all who put up with me. I am SO excited! Finally got what I had hoped for!
