I actually had a difficult situation with one of the tour companies that uses TourRadar as their marketing platform. I found it confusing working with 3 different companies. But once TourRadar got directly involved the situation improved and was solved. TourRadar agent was very patient and understanding, gave me a better understanding of the situation, and they intervened with the other company on my behalf to straighten out the misunderstanding.
