The customer service is very helpful however the website is not. I requested various brochures to make comparisons between itineraries and they did not arrive in my inbox.
There are mistakes in the descriptions of trips eg. days are not labelled correctly.
The search from the front page is quite frustrating as it seems to give a list of things like 'top ten trips' - as this can only be based on opinion it is not helpful.
I searched for a similar trip a few times and found that the one I had been most interested in no longer showed up. Luckily I has copied the URL so was able to go back to it but a potential new viewer would have missed out on trips with the correct criteria.
As a teacher dates are my most important criteria and I found that sometimes the criteria I set was not applied.
I do not suggest you share this with customers but instead share it with your web developer.
