Hi!
It was nice experience to transact my indian tour via tourradar. The boys and girls were really helpful throughout the process. It was a bit problematic only when they had to refer to the operator for info. It then took longer time for them to respond. A suggestion I would like to make is that to have a single agent assigned to any single client instead of several agents answering. A side from this everything seemed to work fine. I hope the tour will also be fine...For several ones to come. Thanks
